Slow cooked bison meatballs glazed in a saskatoon berry jam and apple butter BBQ sauce.
Scoop of crispy golden fried bread with a special dip.
Dozen Bannock cups filled with ground beef and taco sauce, topped w/ cheese, tomato and green onion. Choice of sour cream and salsa.
Dozen fresh oven Bannock with a crispy tart filled w/ Saskatoon berry jam. Choice of yogurt or cream cheese.
Dozen beef smokies wrapped in oven fried bannock.
Mouthwatering 1/2 dozen beef sliders. Cooked with ground beef, cheese, onion and pickles. Soopz kitchen special sauce.
Includes cured meats, cheeses, and a variety of savory and sweet bites as well (including pickles, olives, spreads, and more).
Fresh vegetable or fruit produce perfect for the veggie and fruit lovers.
Items can be sold individually or in dozens.
Dozen tender roast beef with lettuce cheese, dried onions, sliced cucumbers mustard and mayonnaise.
Dozen thick turkey or ham, with fresh veggies and sauce.
Dozen veggie wraps with lettuce, grape tomato, onions, cucumbers, carrots and red pepper hummus.
Dozen chicken salad, grape tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, squeeze of lemon and mayo. Choice of chicken or beef
Fried Bologna and cheese in between frybread
Homemade beef stew with rutabaga, onion, carrots, celery and potatoes. Served with homestyle butter Bannock Bisquit.
Fresh hamburger, kidney bean or black beans, onions, taco sauce, tomatoes, cheese and spring lettuce. Served on fresh fried bread. Choice of sour cream and salsa.
Slow cooked roast beef, served with garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh peas and carrots and a fresh bun.
Baked Beef or Bison Shepards pie, with potatoes, onion, corn, peas. With side salad. Can be served individually or per dozen. Ask for pricing for dozen.
Texas style slow cooked and barbecued ribs, served with corn on the cob and grilled potatoes.
